All applications are processed by the Centre
for Marine Studies, The University of Queensland. All courses have
quotas. An application does not guarantee enrolment. Application
Dates
All applications will be reviewed on the basis
of academic merit and students formally advised if they have been
accepted into their chosen course.
Students may undertake one or more courses
as may be permitted by their degree program and the program calendar.
The following procedures should be followed
to lodge an application (we encourage applicants where possible
to utilise the online application form):
A. Short Course Student Applications
Study Abroad, Exchange or Summer only students
should either:
- submit a printed
application; (300Kb PDF)
- contact an approved International
Educational Representative; or
- apply via a partner institution.
Other external applicants including government,
industry or researchers should either:
- submit a printed
application. (300Kb PDF)
Students accepted into a GBRSP course are enrolled
directly through the Centre for Marine Studies.
B. UQ Student Applications
To find the appropriate UQ course code, UQ
Award students should refer to What can I
study? or go to UQ
Study.
UQ Award students can:
- submit a printed

Students accepted into a course must
then enrol via UQ’s student enrolment system - mySI-net.
C. Cross-institutional Student Applications
To find the appropriate UQ course code, cross-institutional
students should refer to What can I study?
or go to UQ
Study.
Cross-institutional students can:
- submit a printed
application. (300Kb PDF)
Students applying for Cross-institutional enrolment
from another Australian or New Zealand university must also download
and submit the "Cross-institutional
enrolment" form (listed under Enrolment) and have the course
approved by their home institution. The form can also be obtained
from the UQ
Student Centre.
Students accepted into a course must
then enrol via UQ’s student enrolment system - mySI-net. |
